Quality of life fixes... v0.8♭
Made some big changes this time around:
The inventory screen gives you more information about each item you have (which it did before) but now it looks nicer and works on mobile.
You now have the option to move to your choice of rooms in some buildings, you don't show up in random rooms based on what items or information you have... You can also choose to take certain items, you're not forced into stealing them.
The computer at the library works properly now, giving you the right information when you request it.
And finally, starting a new game takes you back to the title screen rather than dropping you in your house. It just feels nicer.
In Godot bugfix land, conversations and signals have been reworked which makes everything a bit smoother and enabling a more dynamic story.
Next update:
- More sound effects
- Items will be more useful
- Endings will be more varied
- Insanity will be more noticable
- Dialogues will be more dynamic
